For clubs, agencies and investors

The work behind the shortlist.
Built for your questions.

OFFLOAD is a working transfer-analysis system — 428 clubs across 22 countries, 7,250+ rated players, wage and tax models per league, and every foreign-quota rule that decides whether a signing can actually be registered. We point it at one question today. We can point it at yours.

The method

We ranked the buyer first —
before the deal broke.

On 1 July 2026, days before Beşiktaş agreed a €20m deal with Arsenal for Leandro Trossard, we ran him through the engine on pre-transfer data only. It scored Beşiktaş first of all 48 clubs in scope — and flagged the catch that decided the deal: over quota, six foreign registrations to shed before he could play. That run is on this site. You can read it and check it.

1 — One method, applied identically

Every club is scored the same way on the same three questions: do they need this position, can they afford this wage in their tax regime, and is this a level that makes sense. Applied to hundreds of clubs without a hand on the scale, so the ranking can be audited rather than argued with.

2 — Registration, not just fit

Most shortlists stop at "this club needs a right-back". Ours carries whether the club can actually register him — the foreign quota, the work permit, how many players they would have to move first. It is the single most common reason a sensible move does not happen, and it is usually missing from the analysis.

3 — The true cost, per country

A stated net wage costs wildly different amounts depending on where it is paid. The same take-home can cost a Gulf club half what it costs a Belgian one. Every club is tested against the grossed-up figure for its own territory, not a single headline number.

4 — And then a human looks

No dataset holds temperament, family, or what a player actually wants. We ask for that separately, mark it as the source's read rather than our finding, and keep it out of the scoring. The model produces a defensible shortlist. It does not pretend to produce a decision.

What we build

Four ways to use it.

Buy-side searches

Who should we sign?

The sell-side engine run backwards. Give us the role, the budget, the wage ceiling and the registration position, and we return a ranked, evidenced shortlist — with the quota reality and the true wage cost per territory attached to every name.

Squad & market reviews

Where are we exposed?

Ageing starters, contracts running down, positions one injury from a problem, and where your squad sits against the leagues you compete with. The same read we run on a buying club, run on yours.

Project analysis

One question, answered properly

A specific question with a real answer and the working attached: is this fee sensible, does this wage structure hold, which market should we recruit from, what does this player actually cost us once tax and quota are counted.

System build

Your own instrument

We build the thing, not a slide deck about it. A working system against your data and your questions, with the rules written down, the assumptions visible and the output something your staff can interrogate — not a black box that hands down verdicts.

What it runs on

A database that already exists.

Not a proposal. This is live today, and it is what produced this morning's dossier.

How we work

One question at a time, scoped and priced before anything starts. You keep the output and the reasoning. Nothing about your squad, your targets or your budget is shared, resold or used as a case study without your written agreement — that holds whether you engage us or not.
